Through our forms (free trial, contact), we collect: name, facility, job title, email, phone, and the information you send us (need, message, number of beds).

Purpose & legal basis

This data is used only to process your request and to get back to you. The legal basis is your consent and ILLICO CAFE's legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry.

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for a maximum of 36 months after the last contact. Any measurement cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months.

Recipients & processors

Your data is processed by ILLICO CAFE's teams and is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. To operate, the site relies on technical sub-processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and delivery) and Resend (delivery of e-mails sent from the forms).

Transfers outside the European Union

As these providers are based in the United States, your data may be transferred there. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the contractual safeguards agreed with each processor.
